In the first instance
please tell us who you are, what your interest is and when you would like to visit Las
Cuevas. We will then be able to give you an initial response on
availability of rooms and what we can do to
help make you plans succeed.
We will then send you
the appropriate Booking Form and Conditions
or if you prefer you can download them below and
send to enquiries@mayaforest.com in an email.
Submission of
forms in electronic format is not obligatory, but such submission
will speed review of the proposal. Each proposal is considered on
its own merit, taking into account the scientific quality of the
project and its appropriateness to the mission of Las Cuevas
Your initial reservation will be held for 14 days pending the
arrival of a completed booking form and deposit (10% of total
cost). If travel is within 21 days, the full cost of your stay
must be paid at the time of booking.
On receipt of your completed booking form and payment, we will
send you
a confirmation invoice with any final payment details and
any further instructions. No further reminder is sent out.

Cash (US/BZE $ only) at Las Cuevas prior to departure.
